By and large, it was top-notch place with amiable staff at the reception desk. Everything was very good during our stay even so disappointing aspect was very tiny bathroom. We loved spending 1 night here.

It was reasonably priced. Everything was very clean, and it had fast wi-fi. The location was prime, relatively close to Westquay Shopping Centre. A few steps away from a museum and a theatre. Complimentary buffet breakfast.

Pleasant hotel with an absolutely superb breakfast selection. Spotless place, highly professional staff. We stayed in the standard room, it was stylish and the bed was comfy. Enviable location, Southampton airport was 0.5 km away. Had cool drinks in the cafe bar in the evening.

The staff were ready to help and breakfast was sumptuous. Normal double units with a splendid view over cathedral. The location was ideal, in an old historic area. We loved to have evening drinks at Tgi Fridays, based nearby.

Decent location, the staff was CLASSY, also beds were very clean. The room was average and it had air conditioner, Wi-Fi and terrace. The plunge pool was clean. Centrally located for us.

Super base for exploring Southampton. We really loved the convenient location, and the loyal staff. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Their food was alright with a great selection of meals

We went to see hythe ferry and the mayflower nearby. Easy walk to the restaurant the pig in the wall. The hotel was next to southampton central train station...
